I really wanted to like this floor because it looks decent once it’s down, but after living with it for a bit, something just feels off.

Walking on it every day is a lot harder on my feet than I expected. Even with a few rugs around, standing in the kitchen for a while makes my feet feel tired quickly.

Maybe it works better for other people, but to me it feels kind of cheap and unforgiving. I wish I had thought more about comfort before ordering it.

I emailed a couple times about my order and never got a real response back. I didn’t expect something this simple to turn into such a stressful hassle, but I was just stuck waiting with no updates and no idea what was going on. Definitely not ordering from here again.

The flooring looks really nice overall, and once it was installed it felt solid. A few pieces did have small chips along the edges though, so we had to work around them a bit. It wasn’t a huge problem, well, not a dealbreaker anyway—but for the price I expected better quality control. It looks good now, I’m just not totally impressed.

After the install, I noticed a few planks had issues, so I ended up having to use the warranty. The process took longer than I was hoping, and I did have to check in a couple of times. Support was polite though — it was mostly stuff like, “we’re looking into it” and “we’ll get this moving for you.” In the end, they did come through and fix the problem, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t an amazing experience, but it wasn’t awful either. Just kind of average overall

It worked okay overall, but the trim didn’t quite line up or match my accessories the way I expected. I was a little worried I’d been fooled by the photos because it looked like it should’ve fit better. Not terrible, just a bit disappointing.

Got this from gohaus for our bedroom and I was a little worried about any strong smell, especially with the kids around. But there wasn’t any weird odor at all, which was a relief. it just felt safe to use indoors. Also, randomly, I’m extremely picky about this stuff, so that says a lot.

The order got here quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise, but the packaging was disappointing. For flooring, you’d think they’d take more care since it’s not exactly cheap or easy to replace. A few corners were crushed and some of the boards had chips as soon as I opened the box. Customer service was fine enough, but it just doesn’t feel right to send out materials this poorly protected and leave the customer to deal with the mess before the project even starts. They really need to use stronger boxes or better padding.

I was kind of hoping gohaus.com would have more flooring options, but the selection felt a little limited to me. A lot of the colors had that similar look, and I couldn’t really find the exact style I had in mind. The site itself was fine to browse and all that, I just wish there was more variety. I ended up looking at a few other stores instead.

The filters kept breaking while I was trying to narrow things down, and then checkout froze on me twice. At that point it felt like I had to beg the site just to let me buy something, which made the whole experience frustrating.

My order from gohaus.com was mostly right. One item came in a slightly different color than I picked. Not a huge deal. Still a little annoying. Shipping was okay. Support did answer, but it took a bit. Overall, it was just an average experience...

The boards looked good once they were down, but the installation took way longer than I expected. Some of the click-lock spots just didn’t line up easily, and it got frustrating. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take responsibility for the issue — the product, the installer, or whoever. Not a total disaster, but definitely more of a hassle than it should’ve been

They came when they said they would, and everything went smoothly. that’s kind of all you hope for, right? No issues at all.

I did eventually get my refund, so I guess it worked out in the end, but I wish I hadn’t had to deal with the wait. It was fine overall, just not an experience I’d be eager to repeat.

My order went through really fast and there was no hassle at all. i kind of regret not placing it earlier because the whole process was quicker than I expected.

I got flooring from GoHaus hoping it would make the upstairs a little quieter, but it didn’t make a huge difference. The floor itself looks decent, so no big complaints there, but footsteps and other noise still carry more than I thought they would. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really what I was hoping for in terms of sound

It’s quick to clean, really, but there are a few little gaps that seem to catch dust. I usually have to spend a bit of extra time getting into those spots, so it’s not totally effortless...

I found a few flooring styles on gohaus.com that I really liked, but the stock was kind of all over the place. A couple colors I had my eye on were either sold out or only had a small amount left, so I ended up checking back more than I wanted to. When I asked support, they basically said something like “inventory updates as shipments come in,” which was helpful enough, but still a little frustrating.
Once I finally found something that was actually available, ordering was straightforward. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, and the site has some good-looking options, but I do wish the inventory info felt a bit more current.

I was really relieved that Gohaus offered payment and financing options because my order was on the larger side and I was a little nervous about the total cost. The approval came through quickly, which was a nice surprise. That said, the financing details felt kind of scattered, and I had to click around more than I expected, which got a bit frustrating. I just wish the monthly payments, terms, and overall costs were easier to see right from the beginning. It would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful...

We’ve had these floors for about 8 months now, they’ve been holding up well, which is a relief because I was a little nervous with two dogs running around every day. There are a few tiny marks if you really look closely, but nothing that stands out or makes me regret the purchase. Shipping was okay too, no major issues. Overall, I feel good about it and would buy them again.
